Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Fees

We offer FREE shipping anywhere in Australia.

International shipping is available upon request.  Please contact us for a cost and delivery estimate.

Processing & Handling

Purchases will be packed and ready to ship within 3 business days of receiving your cleared payment.

Estimated Shipping Times

Artworks are shipped by courier.  Collection will be booked for the next working day after packing and preparation is completed.  We will send you an email with tracking number once your order is on its way.

Delivery within Australia usually takes 1-7 business days from the dispatch date, sometimes sooner. 

Please note, we do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them.  Actual delivery time will depend on the your location and other factors. 

Signature Upon Delivery

We require a signature upon delivery for all our shipments.  Where suitable, we recommend you have your purchase delivered to your workplace address.  If no one is present when the delivery is made the courier will leave a calling card explaining how to collect your purchase, or arrange for re-delivery.

We cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

Customs & Import Taxes

International buyers are reminded that they are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

You can return an item, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact us at sales@ethelandcofineart.com and we will arrange for a courier to visit your home or office and pick up the returning item.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an artwork. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned artwork in its original condition, we will issue a refund for the work, less all shipping costs.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have any concerns about late or missing refunds, please contact us at sales@ethelandcofineart.com.
